In 2012, The Nashville Fellows was founded as a partnership between several Nashville churches, including Christ Presbyterian. The Fellows program exists to help recent college graduates explore what it means to live faithfully as believers in our homes, churches and workplaces across denominational lines.
Each year Christ Presbyterian welcomes Nashville Fellows to serve in our Kids, Students and Families Ministry through The Nashville Fellows program. Along with job placement and the Fellows community, an important aspect of the program is the Fellows' Host Family.
Each Fellow will be matched with a Host Family who will share their home for the duration of the program; it is important for each Fellow to be exposed to a Christ-centered home and to share in their daily experiences as a contributing member of that family. Fellow and Host Family pairings will be chosen based on fit using information like personality, preferences and other factors.
Currently, we are looking for four families who will each offer to serve as Host Families for nine months beginning in late August to one of our incoming Nashville Fellows.
