Nashville Institute for Faith & Work Expands Staff

The Nashville Institute for Faith & Work (NIFW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Wes Roberts as Program Director. Wes will report to NIFW Executive Director, Missy Wallace.

Wes (pictured) joined the NIFW team in the summer of 2017. As a creative and strategic implementer of vision for gospel work, Wes brings experience in both the nonprofit and church planting sectors.

Originally from the Connecticut and New York City area, Wes is moving from Charleston, SC, where he has spent the last four years serving as the director of operations for a coworking and event space that served a wide array of city-leaders, entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and nonprofit organizations for the common good of the city. He also helped plant a new church for a growing part of the city, serving as the associate pastor.

Wes looks forward to serving as the Program Director for the NIFW, helping equip, connect, and mobilize leaders to join in God’s unfolding story for the city of Nashville and beyond. He holds his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Gordon College, and he is finishing his M.A. in Christian Leadership from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Wes moves to Nashville with his wife of 11 years (Brianna), as well as his two daughters, Charlotte (age 9) and Juliette (age 6).
