Inside Out: What to do with our emotions?

Anxiety, depression, anger, fear—who hasn’t felt in their grip at some point? Emotions can skewer our health. And yet – don’t Christians have the answers? Where is the “peace that passes understanding” when fear pierces my heart or depression settles like a dark cloud? These real problems require real solutions. Join us as we discuss how to incorporate God’s hope-filled ways so we can live in his “divine power that has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him….” We will be discussing powerful, practical solutions from the Bible.

Sunday mornings, 10-10:50 a.m. Location: MS208.
Teachers: Virginia Stewart, Ph.D. and Friends of HOPE Ministries.
No registration required.
