prayer

In prayer we have the opportunity and privilege to talk to God, our Creator and Redeemer.

• We praise Him for Who He is and what He has done (Psalm 113:1-3, Psalm 147:1, Psalm 146:1-2).

• We pray for forgiveness of sin (I John 1:9).

• We pray for our families and friends, for ourselves and even for strangers (I Timothy 2:1-2, Ephesians 6:18).

• We pray when we are troubled (Psalm 5:1-3).

• We pray when we are anxious (I Peter 5:17).

• We pray for healing of the sick (James 5:13-16).

• We pray because we know He hears us (I John 5:14-15).

If you have an urgent prayer request and want us to pray with you, call our church office at 615-373-2311
