Kids' Choir is back and rehearses Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Are We There Yet? is a fun musical about Moses. Auditions have begun. (We heard whining was allowed). Come and join us!

Worship Choir Rehearsals Resume

Worship Choir rehearses Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the amphitheatre (choir room right behind the choir loft in the sanctuary). No auditions required. You are invited to join a boisterous group of people who love each other, love to sing, love to worship, and have great fun in the process!

Junior High Camp

The annual Junior High Winter Camp will take place February 17-19. CPC Winter Camp is a wonderful environment for your child to grow spiritually with the Lord Jesus Christ and relationally with other students and leaders.

CPC and CPA Parent Evening: Save the Date for Wednesday, Feb. 22

Bullying presents an inevitable reality for many children and young people. Come hear Rodger Dinwiddie, Executive Director of STARS Nashville, and Breckon Pennell, Olweus Bullying Prevention Program Consultant, share insight regarding bullying and victimization, signs and symptoms, and what we can do to support changes in these types of behaviors. The event will take place in the Event Center; time is TBD. We hope to see you there!

Carol Pope and Suzanne Nelson—members of Perimeter Church in Atlanta, long-time friends and encouragers of women—will lead our retreat. Moms & More—Thursday, February 9 

Join moms of infants and preschoolers on the second Thursday of each month9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel, for a light brunch and time of fellowship and sharing. Pam Ferriss will speak on the topic, “Teaching Kids Healthy Sexuality", followed by small-group discussion with mentoring moms. Childcare is provided by registration. New Ministry for Women in  the Workplace—Thursday, Feb. 16

Want to build friendships, hear interesting speakers, and stay connected, but your work schedule conflicts with daytime classes or studies? Come join us for our second meeting of "www.Wi-Fi" (Women Who Work...Connecting!), a new ministry designed to encourage women in the workplace. This group meets on the third Thursday night of each month from 7 – 8:30 p.m. in the Parlor. There will be time for refreshment, encouragement and fellowship as we come together in community. We still have an urgent need for several buddy helpers for three special-needs children during church or Sunday School. Buddy helpers rotate on a monthly basis. Please contact Gigi Sanders at for more information.

Salt and Light Camp

Registration is now open for Salt and Light Camp at Vesper Point. Rising fifth and sixth graders are invited to spend a week on the lake at beautiful Camp Vesper Point. Dates: July 16-21. Cost: $450. (We have a few special coupons for new campers: $50 off!) You may register and pay the $150 deposit online HERE or pick up a packet at the Parenting Center in the elementary building. Questions? Special Saturdays For Special Kids

Join us as we learn of God's great love for us and celebrate Valentine's Day! Our next Special Saturday will take place Feb. 11, 9 to 11 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Children with special needs and their siblings may come for a fun morning while their parents get a much-needed respite. This gathering is about friendship, fun and fellowship. Bring the whole family to serve! God has blessed this ministry as it continues to grow and is always in need of volunteers. Come and be blessed! Fifth Grade Milestone Celebration

The Fifth Grade Milestone Celebration will take place at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26, for all fifth grade students and their parents in the High School Atrium.
