All God’s Children

 Children with special needs are welcomed and loved in all age groups of Awesome Oaks Children's Ministry. Volunteer buddy helpers assist children as they participate in their classrooms on Sundays and Wednesdays. A children’s ministry staff member works with each individual family to help meet each child's needs.

Help Needed!

Thanks to those who have already volunteered, but we still continue to have an urgent need for several buddy helpers for three special-needs children during church or Sunday School. Buddy helpers rotate on a monthly basis. Please contact Gigi Sanders at for more information.

Special Saturdays for Special Kids

Special Saturday will resume in the fall! 

VsBS (Very Special Bible School) for Special Needs Children and their siblings

July 19, 20 and 21 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) 

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall

Registration will open June 1!
