Congratulations to the CPA Varsity Boys Golf Team for winning the TSSAA Class A/AA State Championship this past Wednesday at the Old Fort Course in Murfreesboro, Tennessee! This is CPA's first Golf State Championship (we finished runner-up in both 2002 & 2003), and is the schools fourth overall team state championship since joining the TSSAA in 1992.
Team Scores included: Christ Presbyterian Academy 609, Anderson County 628, DeKalb County 632, Notre Dame 633, University School of Jackson 647, Loretto 671, Grainger 693, Madison Academic 719.
Team Members Include: Daniel Green / Kevin Ryan / Austin Roman / Sam Patton / Louis Trapnell / Blake Burget / Taylor Deming / Taylor Dreps / Bryant Constantine / Peyton Deming / Zane Russell
Congratulations are also in order for CPA Senior Taylor Demming who received 1st team all-state honors by finishing third overall with at two day total of 145.
